Robert Sinskey Vineyards Wine Dinner

Join us for an exclusive evening with Robert Sinskey from Robert Sinskey Vineyards, as he hosts a four course dinner paired with five specialty wines. Rob Sinskey is an atypical vintner. He is a native Californian and a wine guy who did not attend wine school. Over the past twenty-five years he has grown his 100% organic and Biodynamic certified winegrowing operation to over 200 acres of premium vineyards in the Carneros and Stags Leap districts of Napa and Sonoma Valleys.

Blue Bridge Hospitality Executive Chef Tim Kolanko and Stake Chophouse Chef de Cuisine Andrew Kedziora will prepare a special four-course meal expertly paired with five select wines from Robert Sinskey Vineyards.
